There is a small playground behind the Church in Croxton Kerrial.This is adjacent to a large field used by the Sports & Social club. They host local football and cricket teams in the season, and the field is available for other events by prior arrangement.

Both villages are in the beautiful Vale Of Belvoir, crowned by Belvoir Castle.The area is criscrossed by footpaths and bridleways giving access to the open countryside. It is possible to walk from one village to the other.
